Option 1 is for any questions regarding an ambulance bill for treatment or transport. This will transfer directly to our third party billing service, Quick Med Claims

Option 2 is for the West Deer EMS Business office. This is where you can have questions answered about our subscription program or any other services we offer.

Option 3 is to schedule a Non Emergency Ambulance Transport or Hospital Discharge

Option 4 is for Paramedic Supervisor Greg Horn

Option 5 is for Executive Director Bill Humes

Option 6 is for the On Duty Crew, if they are available
